It is difficult to say exactly what the term «divertimento» means; compositions with this name often have more movements than sonatas, for example, or they have special instrumentation that often includes wind instruments. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Divertimento No. 15, for example, which will be played in this chamber concert, is written for violin, viola, double bass and two horns and derives its special charm from this instrumentation. Hanna Weinmeister, Anahit Kurtikyan, Karen Forster, Ruslan Lutsyk, Juan Bernat Sanchis and Flavio Barbosa will play on period instruments in this concert.
