Abstract
Song recital Mauro Peter
This season, the Swiss tenor Mauro Peter can be seen as Tamino in Paris and Dresden, as Narraboth in Zurich and in concert with the Berlin Philharmonic. In addition, the much-praised Lied interpreter also appreciates the intimacy and concentration that arise when he stands in front of the audience as a duo with his piano partner Helmut Deutsch. For the song recital at Zurich Opera House, the two artists have put together a German-Austrian programme with songs by Ludwig van Beethoven, Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, Hugo Wolf and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
